Where To Start
Call to schedule a free 15-minute “getting to know you” consult so we can evaluate your health concerns and goals to establish whether our program is right for you.
Next: Set up a Comprehensive Bio-Screen blood profile with our staff through LabCorp.
- You will receive questionnaires and health evaluation profiles to give us a good overview of your history, health concerns, goals, and symptoms. See below.
- Fill them out completely and fax or e-mail them to our office at

When your lab results arrive:
Schedule a two-hour consult with either Linda or Jean to review the blood test from a nutritional perspective, along with your assessments and questionnaires to determine the diet and lifestyle program that is most targeted to improve your health.
Please note: If you live out of the area or are more comfortable with a contactless meeting, we can schedule a phone or online consult.
After your initial consult:
We encourage you to sign up for the Total Vitality Program to allow for ongoing support and to update your program to reach your goals.
What is the Metabolic and Nutritional Assessment?
The Metabolic and Nutritional Assessment is a two-hour session in which we look at your health concerns and challenges through your health history and specific metabolic questionnaires that cover many areas of health, including gastrointestinal health, blood sugar, adrenal health, thyroid health, toxicity, hormonal health, brain health and more.
We also review your current diet, recommend any further tests, recommend dietary changes, and work with you to create clear objectives for meeting your health goals.
This is the first place to start so that we find out about you, your health concerns, and your goals. This allows us to determine what type of program would best meet your goals.
Call to schedule a time with us. If you have any recent lab tests, please bring them with you. Also, please be aware that your test may not include all of the important markers that we use to evaluate your overall health.
